Check Your Email: Each morning, read the daily article from ‘The Journey to Self Leadership’ on Substack for your daily lesson and journaling prompt, informed by IFS and other parts-work methods.
Meditate and Journal: Start your day with meditation, even if it's just three mindful breaths. Reflect on the journaling prompt provided in the article. If you don’t know how to meditate yet, don’t worry, you’ll get more info on that.
Track Your Progress: Use the practice tracker to note your wake-up time, meditation style and amount, reflections, notes and any parts that come up.
